Fast Turn Times
In most cases, we fund within five business days from having complete files. Once we underwrite a loan, our package goes to USDA for a compliance review and the issuance of a loan guarantee. We take 24 to 48 hours for underwriting, and USDA usually takes 24 to 48 for their review. We then proceed to closing.
Knowledge and Experience
We make the process of originating USDA loans easy for our brokers because we have:
- Identified the relevant information resources
- Obtained the necessary forms and documents
- Mastered the underwriting guidelines over 14 years of active participation in the program in 23 states
- Developed an understanding of how those guidelines are interpreted and applied in practice by underwriting and funding over 2,000 USDA loans
