Broker Opportunities

Rewarding Income

Our brokers determine the interest rate and origination charges that are reasonable and customary and do not exceed 5% of the loan amount including lender fees.

Quick Turn Times

In most cases, we fund within five business days from having complete files. Once we underwrite a loan, our package goes to USDA for a compliance review and the issuance of a loan guarantee. We take 24 to 48 hours for underwriting, and USDA usually takes 24 to 48 for their review. We then proceed to closing.
